Our Story

Mycap Mushroom Co. is a small-scale mushroom farm founded in 2026 by Anthony Dunstan and Zoe Pelton. Built from shipping containers and designed for year-round production, we grow fresh gourmet mushrooms for our local community. Based in a ferry-access region, our focus is on strengthening food security by producing locally and sourcing materials close to home. We’re planning to expand into value-added products and exploring innovative uses for our waste material.
